Maria P De Olvera, 87, of Waco, Texas, went on to the Lord on August 11, 2018. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 15, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 14, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Maria was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, on September 30, 1929, the daughter of Emidio and Bacilia Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; sisters; and son, Leon Olvera. She is survived by her loving husband, Enrique Olvera; children, Miguel Olvera, Teodoro Olvera and Joe, Jose Luis Olvera, Guadalupe Cardenas, Sergio Olvera, Carmen Rodriguez, Esperanza Olvera, Maria Elena Olvera, Sonia Davila, and Engracia Avina; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers will grandsons, Leon Olvera, Emmanuel Cardenas, Gabriel Rodriguez, Enrique Olvera, Joe Olvera, Issac Davila, Alex Trejo, Sergio Avina and Jonathan Olvera.
