Marian Stidham

Marian Stidham passed away Thursday, November 24, 2005 at her son’s home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 29 at St. Louis Catholic Church with the Msgr. Elmer Holtman as celebrant and Msgr. Tom Frank and Father David Leibham as co-celebrants. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Rosary will be 7 p.m. Monday, November 28 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Marian was born in Waco to Sam and Rose Vitrano. Marian attended Sacred Heart Academy, graduated from Waco High School and attended business collage in Waco. She worked at Central Freight Lines until she and Grady started their family. She then worked at Texas State Technical Collage for 20 years until her retirement in 1992. She is survived by sons, Sam Stidham of Dallas and Robert G. Stidham III and wife Mimi of Katy and three grandchildren; Robert Grady Stidham IV, Ellen Marie Stidham, and James Joseph Stidham. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Grady Stidham, Jr. Memorial donations may be made to Providence Hospital Building Foundation.
