Mark Edward Huck passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023. A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 22, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco.
Mark went to his heavenly home to be with our Lord unexpectedly on April 4, 2023. He was born January 7, 1962, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Edward and Irene Huck, and raised in California and Texas. He graduated in 1980 from Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas and graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. With his then wife Rebecca Aguirre, he raised his son and daughter in Waco, where he started his career at Raytheon. He loved spending his leisure time around family, friends and most of all enjoying outdoor activities with his beloved dog Karena.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Irene Huck.
Mark will forever be remembered and loved by his son, Richard Anthony Huck-Aguirre; daughter, Teresa Annette Kilbourn; grandchildren, Ameria and Romero; sister, Dianne Coker; niece, Jordan; nephews Jacob, Luke, and Mark; great-niece, June “bug;” and Karla, close friend of many years.
He was truly a provider, and a loving and proud father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. The Lord has gained a magnificent angel for sure and he can now rest in peace.
