Marvin Dale Bentley March 27, 1922 - March 5, 2015 Marvin Dale Bentley of Waco passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Marvin was born March 27, 1922, in Belmont, Ohio, to Herman and Wilda Bentley. He graduated from Belmont High and attended Ohio State University. He was a career Air Force officer, retiring with the rank of Major, and worked for Hillcrest Hospital for an additional 20 years. Marvin was a member of Woodway First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, William and Wilmer Bentley. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Emelda Bentley; daughters, Casey Bentley-Craig and husband, John, and Susan Johnson and husband, Randy; sons, Dale Bentley, Jay Bentley and David Bentley and wife, Lynda; grandchildren, Robert Parker Bentley DeLucia, Jack William Lewis and wife, Marianne, Alan Johnson and wife, Mandy, Casen DeLucia and wife, Charlsa, Amy Harwick and husband, Andrew, Skyler Bentley, Greyson Bentley, Sarah Bentley, Brooks Bentley and Erin Bentley; nine great grandchildren; and his brother, Eldon Bentley and wife, Joan.
