Mary Salazar Diaz Moreno December 21, 1908 - November 21, 2009 Mary Salazar Diaz Moreno of Keller, formerly of Waco, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009. Services will be at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, November 25, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with visitation to follow. Mary was born December 21, 1908 in Lockhart, TX to George and Amanda Diaz. She was a PTA president, a foster parent, a Bluebird leader and an A-1 Tamale maker. She was the oldest member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, Post 5074, Roanoke, TX. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waco. She was a great mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by parents; her husband of 46 years, Gonzalo Moreno; and her daughter, Dolores Hinjuanzo. She is survived by her son, Anthony Moreno and wife, Lina of Keller; her daughter, Virginia Gonzalez and husband, Pablo, of Fort Worth; two sisters, Josephine Ledesma and husband, Ernest and Eline Moreno and husband, Anthony; 10 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
