Mary Warfield Altman July 23, 1916 - April 22, 2011 Mary Altman, formerly of Waco, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in South Carolina. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 28, at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710. Mary was born July 23, 1916 in Cawood, Kentucky. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Burleson, TX. She was preceded in death by parents, Allen and Rowena Warfield; her husband, William Glen Altman, and her daughter, Rowena Carolyn Burger. She is survived by her three daughters, Peggy Whisenhunt of Gig Harbor, WA; Betsy McGrath of Irving, TX and Debra Altman of Beaufort, SC, six grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
