Maurice Dawson Winner, III December 8, 1959 - November 9, 2011 Maurice "Mike" Dawson Winner, III of Waco passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at Baylor University Medical Center. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Ramsdell officiating. Mike was born December 8, 1959 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Maurice and Carol Winner, Jr. He worked for over 23 years at Kennedy Space Center for Boeing. Mike was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waco. He is survived by his wife, Donna Webb Winner; son, Jacob Winner; his parents; sisters, Maureen Winner and Marie Freeman and husband, Virgil; several nieces and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. The family extends their appreciation to all the many thoughts and prayers during his extended battle with kidney cancer.
