Maurice Ray Giles

Giles, Maurice Maurice Ray Giles, 73, passed away Monday, June 20, 2005 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be Thursday, June 23 at 11:00 AM at Elm Grove Cemetery in Van Alstyne, Texas. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, June 22 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room, 6101 Bosque. Mr. Giles was a resident of Waco since 1972 and was a retired executive from American Amicable Insurance Company and a retired rancher. He was preceded in death by a son, David Giles and one brother Jerry Giles. He is survived by daughter, Diane Eder and husband, Victor of Victoria; two grandchildren, Mathew and Zach Eder; three sisters, Betty Shipman and husband, Don of Richardson, Shirley Moore and husband, Jim of Bells and Gladys King of Farmersville and numerous nieces and nephews.
