May 8, 1910 — June 19, 2003

HARRELL, MAY WALLACE May Wallace Harrell, age 93, of Waco died Thursday, June 19, 2003 at her residence. Services will be held at 11:30am Saturday, June 21 at Waco Memorial Mausoleum Chapel with Chaplain Brian Pendleton officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Friday, June 20 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 1124 Washington Ave. Mrs. Harrell was born May 8, 1910 in Mart. She married Loyd Austin Harrell December 24, 1928. He preceded her in death January 16, 1993. She was also preceded in death by sister, Irene Maddux and brother, Clarence Wallace. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include daughter, Betty Lou Wampler of Waco; grandchildren, Gary Wampler of Waco and Kenneth Wampler and wife, Susan of Hewitt; great grandchildren, Kyle Nathan and Chad Austin Wampler; sisters, Gladys Pustejovsky of Waco, Lillie Plunkett of Waco, and Dorothy Fritzler of Houston; brothers, CliftonWallace of Waco, R. L. Wallace and wife, Gerry of Robinson; sister-in-law, Eva Wallace of Robinson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Providence Hospice.
