Merle Gosa Jan. 14, 1922 – Jan. 3, 2006 Merle Gosa passed away Jan. 3, 2006 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Graveside services will be at 11:30 am Friday, January 6 at Bruceville-Moore Cemetery. Merle was born Jan. 14, 1922 to Desha Taylor and Emma Krohl Taylor in Bruceville, Texas. She was raised in the Wood Long community in McLennan County, graduated from Bruceville Eddy High School and attended Texas Women’s University. Merle was a Realtor and worked at the Ramada Inn in Temple where she lived for several years. She was married to Ross Renfro, Bill West and Harry Gosa. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, J.M. Taylor and Martha Elizabeth Kincannon Taylor. She is survived by several cousins from both Taylor and Krohl families.
