Minnie Emma Stieg November 17, 1912 - September 4, 2006 Minnie Emma Stieg of Waco passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 at St. Catherine's Center. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. James Price officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Minnie was born November 17, 1912 in Riesel, Falls County, TX to William Stieg and Alvina Stieg. She attended Trinity Lutheran School and moved to Waco in 1953 where she worked for J. M. Wood Mfg Co for 21 years. She was confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Riesel. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church of Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Alvina Stieg; sister, Agnes Frieda Stieg; and nephew, Harold Stieg. She is survived by nephews, Benny Stieg and wife Danna of Otto, Texas, Clarence Stieg and wife Jean of Irving, Texas; niece, Mary Stieg of Waco; and several great nieces and great nephews.
