Molly Grace Martinsen October 24, 2000 - May 10, 2012 Life is Good, Heaven is Better Molly Grace "Babes" Martinsen of Waco went to be with Jesus after her year-long battle with brain cancer on Thursday, May 10, 2012, at the age of 11. She showed tremendous spirit, courage and love to all who knew her, and she passed at home with her mother, father and brother at her side. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 12, at First United Methodist Church of Waco with the Rev. Stephen Ramsdell officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, May 11, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Molly was born October 24, 2000, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Dan and Jennifer Martinsen. She has an older brother, Ben, who is 14. She was a 5th grade student at Waco Baptist Academy in Waco and had Jesus in her heart. Molly loved sports, especially volleyball, art and friends. She loved life and brought a smile and color to everything she did. Molly did her very best, 100% of the time. As her mom said about her, "She is my 128 box of crayons." In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Worth.
