Nancy Kelly passed away Friday, January 5, 2024. Services will be 1:30 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Friday, January 12, 2024 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home.
Nancy was born April 18, 1942, in Dallas, Texas, to Richard and Loraine Morgan. She married Thomas E. Kelly and they have three children. Nancy worked at Ysleta ISD in El Paso, and Waco ISD as a school secretary. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling to beautiful places with her husband and friends, visiting family and friends along the way, and taking copious photographs, which she later organized into albums. Nancy particularly enjoyed the mountains of southern New Mexico, where she spent many weekends with her family. She supported many ministries and charitable communities in Central Texas. Nancy attended First Baptist Church Waco with Tom. She loved the Lord Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Richard Morgan.
She is survived by her husband Thomas E. Kelly; her son, Bryan Kelly and wife, Stacy; her daughter Susan Hughes and husband, Dan Hughes; her son John Kelly and wife, Jennifer; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Adam Kelly, Andrew Hughes, Dakota Henderson, Daniel Arnette, and Philip Kelly.
