WRIGHT, NELDA DOLORES BERNARD Nelda Dolores Bernard Wright, age 74, of Waco died Thursday, July 31, 2003 at a local nursing home. Services will be held at 1:30pm Saturday, August 2 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Rev. Michael O. Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Friday, August 1 at the funeral home. Dolores was born to Roy and Victoria Bernard December 5, 1928 in Houston. She graduated from Reagan High School in 1947. She attended Baylor University. Dolores was married to Rayburn F. Wright, Jr. in 1948. She operated Peter Rabbit Daycare for many years. Dolores worked with ceramics and traveled Texas attending craft shows with her husband. She loved bowling. She is preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Rebecca Morgan. Survivors include daughter, Beverly Garvin and husband, Terry of Avinger; son, Roy R. Wright and wife, Jo Ann of Waco; grandchildren, Zachary, Joel and Drew Pannell, Erica, Rebecca and Cameron Wright and her very special cousin, Yslita Brewer. Pallbearers will be Robert Kent, Charles Gonzales, Steven Ulbig, Shawn Mohundro, and Joel Schwartz. Honorary pallbearers are grandchildren, Zachary Pannell, Joel Pannell, Drew Pannell, Erica Wright, Rebecca Wright, and Cameron Wright.
