Olivia Paula Veracruz passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 28, at Oakwood Cemetery. Burial will follow. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 27, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Olivia was born April 22, 1936, in Dripping Springs, Texas, to Feliberto and Herlinda Ortiz. Olivia enjoyed spending time with her family and laughing, and she never met a stranger. She enjoyed cooking for her family and for family gatherings. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings Ofelia Sanchez, Alejandro Ortiz, Maria Sanchez, Jessie Ortiz, and Julia Mata. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Rodriquez and husband, Johnny; Valentina Salas and husband, Johnny; Victoria Olivia Franklin; son, Steven Victor Veracruz and wife, Angie; grandchildren, Ruben Batey and wife, Jasmine; Ron Salas and significant other, Yolanda Bernal; Johnny C. Rodriquez, Jordan Franklin, Jasmine Franklin, Sierra Veracruz, Arimina Veracruz and Auralena Veracruz; great grandchildren, Jacob Rivera, Abrielle Batey, Joaquin Rivera and Olivia Batey. Honorary Pallbearers are Ruben Batey, Ron Salas, Johnny C. Rodriquez, Jace Lynch, Wyatt Cole Williford, Juan Diaz, Carlos Diaz and Jacob Rivera.
