Oneda Grice August 9, 1921 – April 4, 2006 Oneda Neda Grice, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at a local hospital. Services will be at 11:30 am Saturday, April 8 at Waco Memorial North Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation with the family will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm Friday, April 7 in the Garden Room at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque. Neda was born August 9, 1921 in Groesbeck, Texas to the late Jack and Barbara Tullos Rodgers. She attended school in Groesbeck and married J. B. Grice January 13, 1941. She worked in Fire and Casualty insurance for 23 years, retiring May 5, 1977. She and J. B. loved to travel in their trailer, spending summers in Colorado and winters in south Texas, doing this until J. B. preceded her in death January 12, 2000 while in south Texas. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Grice Crumpton and husband, Wayne; granddaughter, Stephanie Crumpton Davis and husband, David; great grandson, Austin Davis great granddaughter, Katie Ann Davis; nieces, nephews and many cherished friends. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. The family suggests memorial go to Western Heights Baptist Church Willing Hands or the charity of your choice.
