OPAL LEE GOOLSBEE Opal Lee Goolsbee, age 87 of Waco died Sunday, February 8, 2004 at a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 11am Thursday, February 12 at Oakwood Cemetery with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Mrs. Goolsbee was born May 1, 1916 to George and Myrtle Goolsbee. She retired from Southwestern Drug Co. after working there over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, G. W. and Harold Goolsbee. Survivors include son, Charles D. Beatty and wife, Frances of Waco; brothers, Leslie Goolsbee of Waco and John D. Goolsbee and wife, Pat of San Antonio and several nieces and nephews.
