Pamela Williams of Waco passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Her service will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, May 9, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum. Pamela June Bailey was born July 11, 1944, in Waco, Texas, to C. Odell Bailey and Hazel Patterson Bailey. She was raised and educated in Waco, where she graduated from Richfield High School in 1962. Pamela attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. After college Pamela Bailey married Peeler Williams III. She began working at Texas Farm Bureau where she retired in 1999 after 35 years of service. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Peeler. She is survived by cousins and friends and one Special friend, Donna Dunson Gallacher, of Arlington, Texas.
