Patricia Ann Hromadka

Patricia Saffle Hromadka passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Waco’s Ascension Providence Hospital after a long illness. Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 25, at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Patricia was born on November 1, 1945, in Waco, Texas, to Solon and Irene Saffle. Patricia graduated from Richfield High School in 1964 and graduated from the National Business School of Waco. Patricia worked at McLennan Community College as an Executive Assistant to Dr. Chester R. Hastings for 16 years and at the Waco VA Regional Office as Civil Service Fiduciary Office Clerk for 25 years. She married Daniel in March of 1984. Patricia enjoyed painting, arts and crafts, designing and building doll houses, collecting dolls and accessories, reading mystery novels, raising flowers, studying Waco and Czech history, spending time with her family, and caring for her Pomeranians and Shetland Sheepdogs. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Cynthia Therrell. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Anderson and husband, Fraser, of San Antonio, Texas; and her husband Daniel, of Waco.
