Paul Adrian Keene June 11, 1923 - January 31, 2011 Paul Adrian Keene of Waco passed away Monday, January 31, 2011. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Friday, February 4, at Bosqueville Cemetery with Darrell Abercrombie officiating. Paul was born on June 11, 1923, in Bonham, Texas. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII on the Battleship Iowa. He married his wife of 65 years, Vivian Sally, in 1946. They moved to Waco in 1948 and started Waco's Bestyett Sandwiches, which is currently still in operation with Waco's Bestyett Catering. Paul was an avid outdoorsman, great teacher, leader, successful business owner, and proud family man. His actions were far beyond words and therefore, words would not justify what a wonderful man he was. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter, Billie Joyce Cryer. He is survived by his wife, Sally Keene; grandchildren, Vicky and Randall Parker of Waco; Sidney McCune of Waco; Rory Cryer of Waco; Dr. and Mrs. Michael Cryer of The Woodlands, TX; and Gayle and Phil Olsson of Ontario, Canada. His great- grandchildren are Ben Cryer, Nathan McCune, Greg Cryer, Justin Smith, Erick Olsson, Tim Cryer, Jared Cryer, Kayla Custer, Jullian Olsson, Travis Chandler, Katy, Mariah and Erika Cryer; plus eight great-great grandchildren.
