Penny Celeste Forrest

Penny Celeste Forrest passed away Friday, June 15, 2018. Graveside services will be 11:00 am, Monday, June 18, 2018, at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Ryan Barnett officiating. Penny was born January 23, 1948, in Dallas, Texas to Joseph Heatherwick Sanders and Rosamond Sanders. Penny was educated at East Texas, Baylor University, McLennan Community College, TSTC, and Texas Women’s University. She worked for Congressman Bill Flores at Texas U.S. Congressional District 17. She loved her job and her family along with traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rosamond Sanders. Penny is survived by husband, Jerry Forrest; sons, Stephen Cole and Kyle Forrest; daughters, Cindy James and Tiffany Alvarez; and by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
