FINSTAD, RALPH Ralph Finstad, age 69, of Waco died Sunday, May 13, 2001 at a local hospital. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, May 17th at St. Mark Lutheran Church with Pastor James Price officiating. Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, May 16th at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mr. Finstad was born January 30, 1932 to Leonard and Lola C. Tennison Finstad in Waco. He graduated Waco High School, class of 1950. He sold newspapers for many years growing up as a young boy. He worked for Sherwin-Williams for 29 years as credit manager, at Jones Blair Paint Company as credit manager and for 17 years at LaQuinta Hotel as a night auditor. He was currently employed with Hillcrest Hospital as communications operator and patient advocate. A sister, Billie McFarlen, preceded Mr. Finstad in death Survivors include: Pet dog: Chester Brothers: Calvin E. Finstad and wife, Bonnie of Waco Raymond L. Finstad and wife, Jo Ann of Waco Martin S. Finstad and wife, Betty of Quinlan Bobby J. Finstad and wife, Doris Jean of Mayfield, KY Edward A. Finstad and wife, Barbara of Hill Top Lakes Numerous nieces and nephews Pallbearers will be Gary McFarlen, Jimmy McFarlen, Rick Finstad, David Finstad, Raymond Hill, and Randy Finstad.
