Ray Ann was a graduate of Four-C College in Waco, Texas, and married the love of her life, Leland Gene Collier in 1952. The couple had four children, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Ray Ann and Leland founded and operated Leland Collier Electric Company in 1963, and their four children, and third generation grandchildren are still active in the business today. Her first and foremost enjoyment in life was making a wholesome, loving home for her family; taking care of her children, and building a business with her husband. She managed to be a loving mother, pristine housekeeper, active “Room Mother” and PTA member, church mom, and successful business partner, all with gentle confidence and grace. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Leland G. Collier, Sr., daughter, Sandra Collier Walts, and brother, Charles K. Parks. She leaves behind her sister, Barbara Parks Jones, son, Buddy Collier and wife Janice, son, Robert Ray Collier, and daughter, Cynthia Collier Calao. She is also survived by grandchildren, Kaci King Lerma and husband, Freddy, Lee Collier and fiancé, Jamie Flanagan, Charlie Collier and wife, Ashlee, Carly King, Stephanie Webb, Natalie Mills and husband, Colt, Blake Collier, Anthony Calao, Ethan Collier and wife, Sydney, and Seth Collier. Ray Ann and Leland also have twelve great-grandchildren. Additionally, she left behind many loyal and dedicated employees of Leland Collier Electric Company as these were all her children as well. She cherished you all. The family would like to offer a special thanks to her steadfast caregiver, Andrea Lopez, for the love and patience she showed our Mom up until the very end of her life. Our family has been so very blessed to have had Mom’s “Angel” Andrea Lopez in our lives. Additionally, we would like to thank Mary Lewis for her many years of service and care for our Mom, and Trish Davilla of Home Instead Senior Care for her kind and gentle spirit. These ladies had a special friendship with our Mom and we are forever grateful for their service and kindness to our family. You ladies are amazing. Pallbearers are her grandsons: Lee Collier, Charlie Collier, Blake Collier, Anthony Calao Ethan Collier and Seth Collier. Memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation, or the charity of your choice. The family invites you to leave a message or memory on our "Tribute Wall" at www.WHBfamily.com.
