Ross, Reba Cathey Reba Cathey Ross, 93, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be Saturday, May 14 at 1:30 PM at Waco Memorial North. Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 13 from 5 to 7:00 PM at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque. Reba was born January 28, 1912 in Clovis, New Mexico to George and Alma Cathey. She and Arvil Gray Ross were married on May 2, 1932 in Big Spring. He preceded her in death on August, 3, 1971. Reba was a homemaker and a dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved and cared for her family very much. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Boice. She is survived by her daughter, Shon Ross Boice of Waco; granddaughters, Cathey Boice Briscoe and husband, Jack of Granbury and Alessia Shon Brown and husband, J. D. of Dallas; five great grandchildren, Christopher Jewell, Brittany Straubel, Ross Wetterman, Arden Wetterman and Jillian Brown.
