Ronnie Lamb, beloved husband and father, passed away surrounded by family at the age of 75, Saturday, May 4, 2024.
His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, and interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco. Visitation will be in the Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday evening, May 7, 2024.
Born in Waco in 1949, Ronnie was a proud alumnus of both Baylor University and the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied chemistry and pharmacy respectfully. In 1970, he married Jocelyn Turner, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and happiness. Ronnie dedicated his career to serving the Waco community as a pharmacist, touching countless lives with his expertise and kindness. Ronnie will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Ellie Lamb of Waco; and his brother, Donnie Lamb of Waco.
Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Jocelyn Lamb, who stood by his side through every joy and challenge. He is also survived by his children, son, Micah Lamb of Waco, his wife Stephanie, and their children Kaitlyn and Noah; son, Joshua Lamb of Waco, his wife Melissa, and their sons, Caleb, and Hunter; daughter, Crystal Thompson of Lakeway, Texas, her husband Glenn, and their son, John. Ronnie also leaves behind his sister, Joyce Miller of Waco and her husband Jim, and their sons, Kyle and Eric.
