Rosanne Coffman Johnson, 74, passed away January 24, 2021 in Spicewood, Texas. Services will be 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waco. Burial will immediately follow at Waco Memorial Park. Rosanne Coffman Johnson was born May 15, 1946 in Waco, TX and later moved to Houston where she graduated from Marian High School. She attended University of Dallas and ultimately graduated with a B.S., ED. from North Texas State University in 1970. She was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines, English teacher and travel agent among other occupations. In 1995 Rosanne married Tom G. Johnson. They lived in Dawsonville, GA before moving to Jensen Beach, Florida in 1997. In 2000 Rosanne and Tom moved to Ft. Pierce, FL and were owners of a small hotel in Jensen Beach until retiring in 2003 to cruise the Bahamas, Florida Keys and the East Coast of the United States in their catamaran, "Nipigon". Rosanne volunteered at the Kilmer Branch Library in Ft. Pierce for many years helping patrons interested in genealogy which was her passion. She was also an active member of the Treasure Coast Genealogical Society. Preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Angelo Coffman; her father, John Harrison Coffman, Jr.; brother, Stephen Anthony Coffman; and most recently her husband, Tom G. Johnson of Ft. Pierce, FL. Survived by a host of loving family members; stepdaughter, Megan Rubenstein and husband, Norman of Longwood, Florida, along with their children Hannah and Jacob, stepdaughter, Travis Bull and husband Michael of Atlanta, Georgia and their children, Alexandra and Austin; sister, Janean Coffman Carey of Southlake, TX; and brother, John H. Coffman III of San Antonio, TX. Other survivors include nephews, Kevin and Stephe; nieces, Colleen and Mary Rose and three great nephews and six great nieces.
