Rose Tusa December 17, 1917-January 28, 2006 Rose Tusa passed away Saturday, January 28, 2006. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Angelo Bertini officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.Monday, January 30, 2006 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel. Rose was born on December 17, 1917 in Navasota, TX to Antonio and Antoinette Burrescia. Rose was raised in Highbank, TX, where she attended school. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Joe C. Tusa. She is survived by sons, Johnny Tusa and wife, Dollyn of Waco, Patrick Tusa of Waco, and Charles and Liz Tusa of Dallas; grandchildren, Brian Tusa, Ashley Olinghouse, Jeff Tusa, Jennifer Noth, Casey Tusa; and brother, Tony Burrescia of Dallas.
