Roy Patrick November 24, 1930 - March 26, 2007 Roy Patrick of Woodway passed away suddenly Monday, March 26, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. Pat Cummings officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Roy was born November 24, 1930 in Oklahoma City, OK to Roy Patrick Sr. and Helen Minor Brooks. He earned a degree in pharmacy from the University of Texas. He then lived in McAllen and owned and operated Faulkner’s Rexall Drug Store. In 1981 he moved to Waco and began a new career with Eckerd Drugs in Hewitt. Most recently he was a pharmacist at CVS Drugs, where he loved to go to work each day. He was a member of Patton Baptist Church and a faithful member of the Northwest Waco Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patricia Pat Patrick. He is survived by his daughter, Ivy Patrick and fiancee, Peter Rothwein of Doylestown, PA., and the many dear friends and customers both in McAllen and Waco.
