RUTH FAULKNER Joanna Ruth Faulkner, 85, of Waco, died Saturday, January 26, 2002 in a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00p.m. Tuesday, January 29 at Toliver Cemetery, near Hamilton, Texas with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY, 6101 Bosque Blvd. is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Faulkner was born November 1, 1916 in Comanche County in the Lamkin community to Fisher & Verna Morris. She married J.T. Faulkner on December 24, 1937 in Lamkin. They owned & operated Ruth’s Flower Shop on North 19th Street in Waco for many years. They were longtime residents of the Bosqueville community. Mrs. Faulkner was a member of the Lamkin Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Joan Faulkner. Survivors: husband, J.T. Faulkner, Jr. of Waco; sister-in-law, Hazel Noble of Burnet; brother-in-law, Carroll Bocky Faulkner of Fort Worth; aunt, Blanche Lewis of Waco, several nieces & nephews. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY
