Scarlett Carter January 29, 1975 - July 21, 2011 Scarlett Ladene Carter of Eddy passed away Thursday, July 21, 2011. Services are pending. Scarlett was born January 29, 1975, in Waco, Texas to Lawrence and Sherrie Powell. She graduated from Connally High School in 1993, and earned her nursing degree from MCC. She worked in the healthcare industry. She was a loving wife and mother and treasured by her dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by husband, John Carter, Eddy; three sons, Lane, Hunter and Carson Carter, and her daughter, Savannah Lynn Carter; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
