Spencer Don Harrell August 19, 1930 - February 9, 2016 Spencer Don Harrell of Waco passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016. His graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 12, at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Spencer was born August 19, 1930, in Waco, Texas, to Calvin and Susie Harrell. He was retired as Staff Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force and then worked for Piggly Wiggly. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Elaine Joy Harrell. He is survived by his daughter, Terri Martin of Moody, TX.
