Stanley W. Coufal February 17, 1940 - October 28, 2013 Stanley W. Coufal of Waco passed away Monday, October 28, 2013. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 1, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Russell C. Hildebrandt officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple, Texas. Visitation will begin one hour before the service Friday, November 1, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Stanley was born February 17, 1940, in Temple, to John and Vlasta Coufal, Jr. He served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. He retired after many years of service with Lockheed Martin. Stanley was honored to be a Mason and Shriner. He was an adoring husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth Coufal; two daughters, Debbie Wear and husband, Scott, and Cathy Alberts and husband, DelRay; son, Stanley Coufal, Jr. and wife, Telicia; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren; his sister, Carolyn Haynes; and numerous other family and friends.
