Susan E. Lankford March 22, 1950 - August 28, 2010 Susan E. Lankford of Robinson passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010, at Providence Hospital. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 31, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. Tom Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 30, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Susan was born March 22, 1950, in Waco, Texas, to William and Dorothy Wallace. She worked at Providence Clinic for several years. She was greatly blessed by her family and friends. She was also a long-time member of Downsville Baptist Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Nulf. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Lankford, Robinson; father, William R. Wallace, Robinson; two sons, Tracy Lankford and wife, Angie, Hewitt, TX, and Tim Lankford and wife, Beth, Robinson; one daughter, Pam York and husband, Matt, Robinson; two sisters, Patsy Wake and husband, Jack, Robinson, and Kathy McKenzie and husband, Ross, Waco; one brother, Stanley Wallace and wife, Pam, Eddy, TX; and nine grandchildren. Susan's love of laughter, friends and family was contagious. She lived a life that brought joy to so many. Memorials may be made to Downsville Baptist Church.
