Terry C. Jackson June 2, 1947 March 9, 2013 Terry C. Jackson of Lorena passed away Saturday, March 9, after a long illness surrounded by his family and Hospice staff. Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at First Baptist Church, 500 Webster Ave, Waco, 76701. Visitation will follow at the church. Terry was born June 2, 1947 in Bay City, Texas to Cecil and Nellie Jackson. Following his graduation from Baylor and Truett Seminary he was a chaplain and pastor over the past 15 years. Terry was a member of First Baptist Church of Waco. He was also a member of the Baylor "B" Association, Chamber Service Fraternity and a former football player at Baylor University. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Sally Jett Jackson of Lorena; one son Zachary Jackson and wife, Erin, of Cedar Park; one daughter Kimberly Gore and husband, Brad, of San Antonio; two grandsons, Greyson and Archer Gore; two sisters, Sharon Hooper and husband, Bill, and Jill Stout and husband, Danny; and one brother, Jay Jackson and wife, Gisele.
