Murray, Thomas W. April 5, 1929 – June 2, 2006 Thomas W. Murray, 77, of Waco died Friday, June 2, 2006, at St. Catherine’s of Waco. A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7th at First Presbyterian Church of Waco with Dr. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Mr. Murray was born on April 5, 1929, in Missouri. He was the husband of the late Beverly Jane Murray and the son of the late Gared Murray and Irene Thompson Murray, both of Missouri. Mr. Murray was retired from Yellow Freight. Thomas opened his own business, Murray Freight Brokers in 1986 where he and his son Tim worked together for over 20 Yrs. Tom has also been a member of the Kareem Shrine for many years. Survivors include his son, Tim Murray and his wife, Laura of Valley Mills and a daughter, Tammy McCulloch and her husband Chris McCulloch of Mexia. He also left behind five grandsons: Andrew and Austin Murray; Jackson, Kirkland, and Alex McCulloch; niece Kathleen Sutoris and Bob Wilson of Grandview Missouri.
