SKIPPER HOLDER Thomas William Skipper Holder, age 49 of Woodway died Saturday, August 16, 2003 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 19 at Oakwood Cemetery with Billy Webb officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 18 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mr. Holder was born on August 31, 1953 in Parsons, Kansas. He attended Waco schools and graduated from Richfield High School in 1971. He worked at Lake Air Lanes, OK Machine & Tool and owned Skipper’s Welding Shop for the past 25 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas L. Holder and his mother, Frances M. Holder. Survivors include his sisters, Libby Holder of Granite Falls, Washington, Frankie Huser and husband Danny of Waco, and Dee Dee Bennett and husband Kenneth of Robinson; and several nieces and nephews and many close friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to M.D. Anderson Hospital or Providence Hospice.
