HARRIS, VERBA Verba Harris, of Waco, died Friday, April12, 2002 at a local hospital. Services will be at 1:30PM Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd., with Charles North officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Mrs. Harris was born in Eliga, Texas. She lived the rest of her life in Waco. She worked for Jones Fine Bread for many years and for Lochridge-Priest for 30 years. She was a member of Columbus Avenue Church of Christ. She was active in several bridge clubs. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband Ovid Harris, and her brother Orvil Barnes. Survivors include sister-in-law Amalee Rogers; nieces Norma Jean Walker and husband Lonnie, Janis Riggs and husband Thomas and JoAnn White; nephews Dr. Dick Bush and wife Mary, Dr. Jack Bush and wife Ruth, Bobby Bush and wife Karen, Larry Dawson; and numerous other relatives Pallbearers will be Thomas E. Riggs, Jr., Tommy Riggs, Randy Riggs, Jack Bush, Bobby Bush and Lonnie Walker. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY
