Virgil Cox, 65, passed away February 15, 2022, at a local hospital following a lengthy illness. He will be greatly missed for his good heart and epic sense of humor. Vigil was born in Jackson, Michigan on July 12, 1956, and grew up in Jackson. Throughout his life Virgil had worked as a correctional officer and as a caregiver for developmentally disabled adults. He enjoyed fishing and computer gaming. Virgil is preceded in death by his parents; William Stanley Foor, father; Hazel O. Foley, mother; and John Merle Foley, stepfather. He is survived by his wife, Rhoda Bolls; his sisters, Milne Martinez and Lisa Dubinski; his brothers Stanley Foor, Tracey Foor, and Anthony Foley.
