William B. Casey December 22, 1922 - September 12, 2009 William "Bill" Casey of Waco passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Hillcrest Hospital. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.Monday, September 14, 2009 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Bill was born December 22, 1922 in Abiliene, Texas to Arthur and Bessie Casey. He retired from General Motors, AC Spark Plugs. Bill has been a lifelong Baptist and a member of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bessie and Arthur Casey. He is survived by his wife, Blanche Casey of Waco, TX; sister, Mary Evelyn Casey of Washington, DC; nephew, Bill Casey and wife Sharon of Lubbock; daughter, Johnita Hinton of Big Spring, TX; three grandsons, Blane Hinton of Victoria, TX, Pete Hinton and wife Connie of San Antonio, and Joby Hinton and wife Leah of Lubbock, TX; five great-grandchildren, Hayden, Willie and Taylor Hinton of Peach Tree City, GA, and Kylee and Brett Hinton of Lubbock. Pallbearers are Bob Ross, Edmond Helm and Chuck Schafer, and his three grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Aigner, Jack Goodwin and Roland Fryer.
