William Frank McMillan, Jr. July 11, 1929 - April 3, 2013 William Frank McMillan, Jr., of Waco passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 6, at First Baptist Church of Hewitt with the Rev. Roy Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at Reed's Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Frank was born July 11, 1929, in Heidenheimer, Texas, to William and Gladys McMillan, Sr. He retired as a sheet metal fabricator with United McGill in Hillsboro. Frank was a member of First Baptist Church of Hewitt. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Jimmy. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Freda McMillan; daughters, Christy Howard and husband, Chuck, and Dora Betts and husband, Brad; grandchildren, Brandi Olivarez and husband, Josh, Chas Howard and Caleb Howard; and three great grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe and Jackson Olivarez. Pallbearers are Robert Pruitt, Chas Howard, Brad Betts, Chuck Howard, Josh Olivarez and Caleb Howard. Honorary pallbearers are Donald, Larry and Garry McMillan.
